| We try to despatch any orders received in the morning the same day - you
should receive any stock item sent by courier within two working days;
palletised items in 3 to 4 working days |
| Some Jim Moore Tools and most Nickelite products are "To Order" only
- some Nickelite products are only made when ordered and can take months. |
| Although we have several tonnes of Kugler colours in stock we may not have
the exact colour and size in the quantity you want and so we will include it
in our weekly order and usually send it on to you without any extra delivery charge
in approx 2 to 3 weeks. Generally it may be that we have some due to arrive in and so
if you can wait it helps us with our costs. However we do not normally stock
K3, K4, K5 so there would be a charge for delivery of those if you do not
want to delay the rest of the order. |
| Kugler Colors - we can supply as small as 1/2 kg lots of powders and grits
or 1 full rod. Please note we do not cut rods but sell to the nearest full
rod and weigh them. Samples will not normally be in rod unless we already
have a broken one. Students beware we do not send each member of your class
10 samples each! |
| All our prices need VAT and delivery to be added. EU customers
outside of the UK please provide your VAT number for exemption |
| We can take payment by cheque in advance, debit card, cash or credit card
- if by credit card we have to charge 2.5% to cover the costs that we are
charged by your credit card company. |
| Bounced cheques will incur a £15 charge to be paid and the original sum
to clear before further deliveries are considered. |
| Goods supplied from stock up to £100 net value can be returned if
unopened (Kugler, polishing powders etc) and unused within 14 days;
returns over 14 days and under 30 days or over £100 net value can be
returned at a 15% charge; if after 30 days or if the package is opened (Kugler,
polishing powders, Philips etc) or if the rods are broken or we have ordered
the product in special - it is only at Glassworks Services Ltd discretion.
Note some Kugler colours are known to be swirly and we inform all customers
of those colours at the time of ordering and those cannot be returned as
that is not a fault but the nature of the product. |
